About Therapy

You’re Not Alone

A pattern of heartaches, low self-esteem, holding on to anger, grieving, and depression are feelings that people are dealing with every day.

Very quickly we’ll get to know each other, and things will start to make sense.

We’ll reveal the answers to the questions you’ve been asking yourself.

You’ll then learn to see from a different perspective how to manage what life brings your way.

We’ll work together to see this through to the peace and confidence that’s hidden inside you waiting to come out!

Relax and Share Openly

I’m here to listen. I really want to get to know who you are and how you feel.

You will also get to know me as we form a client/therapist bond of trust and respect.

I have successfully helped clients get through post-relationship depression, low self-esteem, emotional trauma, and forgiveness issues.

Be Heard and Not Judged

My experience has been with a diverse group of clients.

All races, religions, ethnicities, and sexual orientations are treated with equal respect.

Adult women and men receive one-on-one counseling for a full 60 minutes per session. You’ll be able to take your time expressing what you’re ready to share.

Speaking openly and honestly to me will give you a sense of relief knowing you’ve been heard and not judged.

About Me

At age 21, I joined the U.S. Army as a mechanic and driver for foreign and domestic dignitaries.

In addition to driving 4-Star generals and royalty of other nations, I was a part of the presidential motorcade when President Reagan visited Hawaii.

Later in life, I lived with and assisted my precious mother in the final 6 years of her life. Together we fostered rescued dogs until they found their forever home. The last dog we fostered was Frankie. He decided his forever home was with us and he still remains with me today!

Becoming aware of a non-profit organization that touched my heart, I dedicated eight years of my life as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for neglected and abused children to be their voice before the judge.

Much later in life, I embarked on a new career as a therapist and opened my private practice in Euless, Texas. I have successfully helped straight, and gay women and men get through post-relationship depression, low self-esteem, forgiveness, and other issues.

After 2 years of Seminary in Texas, I became an ordained minister. My training was not based on any specific theology but concentrated on different therapy modalities. I am an independent non-denominational minister certified as a spiritual counselor.
